3yr Olds
Tiny Tot Dance Classes are a magical introduction to dance for the 3-year-old child. A fun filled 45-minute class that engages the child in age appropriate activities incorporating drama, music, and props along with the excitement of basic dance steps, creative movement, and vocabulary. In a surrounding of our nurturing teachers our tiny tots will be exposed to a variety of music in a fun filled learning environment. Dancers must be potty trained and comfortable detaching from parents/ caregivers.


Jazz/Ballet
Students learn to express themselves while exploring musicality. They will learn how to incorporate their ballet and jazz techniques as they discover their individual style of expression. Students will learn a series of combinations in center and across the floor. They will learn performance qualities, tempo changes, and the dynamics of using the space around them.
Hip-Hop/Tricks
Time to get our mini’s moving and grooving in this high energy and funky dance class! Dancer’s will experience a Hip-Hop class with a center warm-up, short combination and freestyle. With the use of our studio mats, the class will additionally be working on basic tumbling skills such as: cartwheels, somersaults, back bends, and headstands. A very interactive class where the kids are bound to have a good time!
Ballet/Tap
Students will learn the foundation of Ballet movement while exploring musicality. Students will learn a series of combinations in center and across the floor. They will learn performance poise, balance, tempo changes, and the dynamics of using the space around them.
Students will also learn how to create sound, develop style and rhythm in the Tap portion of this class. This class will introduce exercises that are geared towards coordination and increasing flexibility of the ankles and knees.


Ballet/Hip-Hop
Although the term “breakdance” is frequently used to refer to the dance in popular culture and in the mainstream entertainment industry, “b-boying” and “breaking” are the original terms. In this class students will gain understanding of Breaking’s foundational movements that include top rocks, drops, footwork, power moves, and freezes. Dancers will learn the essence and groove of the dance while developing strength and endurance to execute the more difficult powerful movement. Dancer’s will experience a Hip-Hop class with a center warm-up, short combination and freestyle. Ballet
Ballet is the core foundation to developing a dancer’s discipline and technique. Classes will consist of exercises at the barre, center floor work, and across the floor combinations to build ballet technique, terminology, flexibility and strength . Higher levels will be more intricate exercises in the same format.
Jazz
In this high-energy class, students will learn a series of leaps, turns, & jumps that will develop their technical skills along with body control & strength. Choreographed routines weekly to variety of upbeat music!
Lyrical
Students will learn how to express themselves while exploring musicality. They explore new ways to move their bodies by applying ballet and jazz techniques to their individual style. Students will learn a series of combinations in center and across the floor. They will learn performance qualities, tempo change, and the dynamics of using the space around them in addition to applying emotions to their movement.
Contemporary
This is a class created around body awareness, focused on efficiency and education within movement. Students will be challenged to reinforce and elaborate on skills achieved in jazz and ballet, while adding modern dance fundamentals. Emphasis will be placed on moving boldly and safely in center and across the floor. This combination of techniques will provide the dancer with both access to safe and released movement, and access to a new found ease within their athleticism. Students will be pushed to rethink their physical exertion in movement to facilitate a wider range of dynamics and textures. Any dancer looking to add contemporary dance to their skillset should consider taking ballet and technique to facilitate a fundamental familiarity of vocabulary and positions.
Choreo
This class is great for dancers looking to advance their muscle memory, prepare for auditions, or just come in to have fun! Every week, dancers will learn a choreographed routine that will range in a variety of dance styles.
Hip-hop
Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles, primarily performed to hip-hop music, that have evolved from the hip-hop culture. This class will challenge the dancer both physically and mentally as they gain the knowledge of both performance and battle skills. This includes: warm- ups, conditioning, stretching, grooving, rockin’, drills, freestyle, and routines/choreography combinations.

Acro
A great class where our dancers will learn balance, strength, and flexibility while learning Acrobatics safely on our Lab (size) mats! Students will spend time working on strength and balance drills that will help them get one step closer to executing these skills in all of their dance classes and routines. Beginner acrobats will work on strengthening handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and rolls, as well as drills for round offs, and walkovers. Intermediate acrobats have mastered these skills, and will work on perfecting their round-offs, handsprings, walkovers, and Arabians. Advanced acrobatic students have already grasped above skills, and will work on transitions into and out of side and front aerials, advanced jumps, as well as backhand springs and tucks.
