  • Payment information: transaction details and payment status. Complete payment-card information is handled by our payment and studio-management providers and is not intentionally stored on this public website.
  • Communications: messages, form submissions, chat or text conversations, support requests, reviews, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, clicks, form and registration interactions, and similar website activity.

How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you and through services used to operate the studio and website. Depending on the feature you use, these services may include WordPress and Elementor Hosting, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google reCAPTCHA, Meta Pixel, StudioSync/LeadConnector, DanceStudio-Pro/GoStudioPro, Waiver Master, ClassWallet or other payment services, Shopify, Spot TV Family, the Studio Portal, embedded video or social-media services, and email or text-message providers. These providers may process information under their own privacy notices and agreements with us.

  • Respond to questions, contact requests, and free-trial requests.
  • Register students, manage classes and accounts, provide studio services, and process or reconcile payments.
  • Send operational, billing, safety, schedule, recital, and other studio communications.

Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to service an account or enrollment.
