The right attire helps instructors see alignment, supports safe movement, and helps dancers arrive ready to learn.
Current Studio Standard
Hair should be secure and away from the face. Clothing and shoes must match the class so dancers can move safely and instructors can coach effectively.
Recreational Program
Clean bun; black Studance Lab leotard; pink tights; pink ballet shoes.
Slick-back ponytail; black Studance Lab leotard and leggings; any-color ballroom shoes; optional skirt.
Hair away from face; black joggers; black or teal Studance Lab T-shirt; spin gear, knee pads, and sneakers.
Slick-back ponytail; black leotard and leggings; mint contemporary shirt; black crew socks.
Hair away from face; black joggers; black or teal Studance Lab T-shirt; sneakers.
Clean bun; black leotard and leggings. For Jazz, wear tan or black jazz shoes.
