These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of studancelab.com and other online services operated by The Studance Lab (“Studance Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the website. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must use the website and complete registrations, waivers, purchases, and other agreements on your behalf.

We work to keep class descriptions, schedules, tuition information, policies, event details, and other website content accurate. Information may change, and the website may not always reflect the latest availability or studio operations. Please contact us if you need confirmation before relying on time-sensitive information.

Enrollment and Studio Policies

Class enrollment and participation may be governed by separate registration terms, waivers, payment authorizations, the current Parent and Student Handbook and Parent Resource Center, and other studio policies. Those agreements remain in effect and control studio participation. If website content conflicts with a signed registration agreement or waiver, the signed agreement or waiver controls to the extent permitted by law.

Accounts, Forms, and Accurate Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when submitting forms, creating accounts, registering a student, or making a purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Payments, Registration, and Purchases

Registration, tuition, merchandise, and other transactions may be processed through third-party services such as DanceStudio-Pro/GoStudioPro, Waiver Master, Shopify, and payment processors. Their terms and checkout policies may also apply. Prices, availability, billing timing, refunds, credits, withdrawals, and late fees are governed by the applicable checkout terms, registration agreement, waiver, and current studio policies.

Intellectual Property

The website and its text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Studance Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, scrape, or create derivative works from website content without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable Use
